The first day, 'Policy challenges', will feature visionary keynote speeches
by top level speakers, followed by plenary sessions presenting views from
industry, the European Commission, regulators and others.
The second day, 'Regulatory practices under challenge', will tackle more specific
topics in two parallel tracks: one dealing with wireless issues (Beyond RRC-06,
Spectrum Management Reform, New Technologies), the other focusing on
Networks and Services (Next Generation Networks, IP-based Communications).
The full programme will be available mid April, when it will also be possible to register for the conference.
Registration fees will remain at the level of the CEPT Conference in Barcelona, viz.
EUR 400 and EUR 700 for one and two days, respectively, for non-CEPT delegates,
and EUR 300 and EUR 500 for representatives from the 46 CEPT Administrations.
There are possibilities for exhibiting at the conference - the exhibition fee is EUR 1200.
