The work of CPG-PT A concentrates on WRC-11 agenda items 1.2, 1.13, 1.19, 1.22, 2, 4, 7, 8.1 (except WRC Resolutions 13, 344, 355, 517 and 673) and 8.2.
The Terms of Reference of CPG-PT A are to:
Address all issues of WRC-11 agenda items 1.2, 1.13, 1.19, 1.22, 2, 4, 7, 8.1 (except WRC Resolutions 13, 344, 355, 517 and 673) and 8.2.
Prepare in relation to these agenda items:
a) draft European Common Proposals;
b) draft CEPT brief, including information on the proposals to the conference from other administrations;
c) preliminary CEPT positions, for the presentation to other administrations or regional bodies;
d) CEPT positions for the Radiocommunication Assembly.
Consider WRC-11 agenda items 3, 5, and 6 as appropriate;
Coordinate:
• CEPT positions for the relevant ITU-R meetings, in particular CPM and Special Committee on regulatory/procedural matters
• CEPT positions concerning draft RRB rules of procedures
Consult with the relevant bodies and organisations and report to the CPG.
