An open meeting of the ETNS Interconnect Working Group was held on 5 March 2003 in Brussels.
The meeting came just 5 months before an obligation on operators to handle calls to ETNS numbers became national law in EU countries, and provided a forum for technical and commercial discussions about the implementation and operation of ETNS services.
