ETNS numbers can be called in the same way as any international number.
Simply dial the international prefix (‘00’ in most European countries), ‘3883’, and the rest of the ETNS Number.
For the types of service currently designated for use with ETNS Numbers, the cost of a call to an ETNS Number dialled from within Europe will not exceed the charge for a national long distance call. From outside Europe, callers may pay the applicable international call charge to Europe. The organisation or individual to which the ETNS service is provided may pay a charge for receiving the call. |
